KLite Codec Tweak Tool能检查错误的过滤器，如果发现损坏就会提示是否删除它，
1 扫描注册表来检测并移除损坏的解码器和过滤器的关联
2 为所有的解码器和过滤器产生一个详细的日志
3 启用或者禁止超过150个解码器和过滤器（安装是前提）
4 重置FFDSHOW到建议配置
